Description

Surrender of lease from Isaac Noad to the Dean and Chapter. Indenture made between Isaac Noad of Tilshead in the county of Wiltshire gentleman of the one part and William Fisher Clerk and Master Warden or Governor of the Choristers and the Dean and Chapter of the other part. This indenture witnesses that in consideration of the sum of 5s paid by the said Master and Dean and Chapter to the said Isaac Noad, he has granted, surrendered and yielded up unto the Master and Dean and Chapter a piece or parcel of ground and premises to have and to hold for and during the natural lives of Ann Eliza Glass and Mary Dowling Noad. Signed, sealed and delivered by Isaac Noad in the presence of G[eorge] Smith Clerk to Mr Alford Solicitor in Salisbury.
