Description
The precise date is unspecified. William Kite of Tilshead in the county of Wiltshire labourer entitled to the premises demised by the within written indenture for the life of Joseph Kite (the only now remaining life upon the premises) by the deaths intestate of John Kite, George Kite his son and Sarah Kite the widow of George Kite, William Kite being the only surviving son of George and Sarah Kite, surrenders unto Francis Lear Clerk and Master of the Choristers and the Dean and Chapter all and singular the cottage or tenement, garden and premises with the appurtenances. To the intent that the [interest] of William Kite during the life of Joseph Kite may be merged and extinguished in the reversion of interest and inheritance or succession of the premises. Francis Lear and the Dean and Chapter release William Kite, his heirs, executors, administrators and assigns from the conditions of the indenture. 'Macdonald & Brodrick Sarum' is written on the back.
