The London Gazette, 15 May 1868. 'C[harles] H Radcliffe' is written inside. On pages 2791-2793 there is an account of the scheme dated 26 Mar 1868 by the Ecclesiastical Commissioners for effecting the transfer to them of certain lands and hereditaments now belonging to the Procurator and Commonalty of Vicars of Salisbury Cathedral and for substituting in lieu thereof an annual payment (£960). It refers to the statute made by Walter Kerr concerning four houses in the Close (CO/VC/4/5/9).
